I saw the video, the guy he shot was lying face down, completely subdued. And there wasn't exactly much surprise/remorse shown by the cops after the shot was fired. They kept going about their business. People were yelling at him? He was stressed, you say??? OH NOES, YOU'D BETTER SHOOT THE GUY WHO'S ALREADY IN CUFFS AND ON THE GROUND. That'll fix things.

Cops all over the country get away with bullshit like this and never get punished because the apologists always pull out the "HAVE YOU BEEN IN THAT SITUATION?!" defense. Either that or they blame the victim. Neither is a justification for the gross misconduct that continues to go on with these idiots killing/injuring defenseless people.

You and I will not agree on this so I'm not going to waste my time trying to point out all the reasons why it doesn't make sense that a cop would purposefully kill someone in this situation. Either way you look at it, this was a very unfortunate situation.
