i appreciate the point you're making here...however, past practice doesn't excuse present and future mistakes. crime, regardless of who committed it and who was the victim, should be investigated. was this one? it's looking more and more like the doj screwed up here. i read earlier that the case was dismissed after the black panther with the truncheon agreed not to stand at polling places in future with a weapon-until 2012. interesting.
