I was at Woodbine two weeks ago and played some races there. Won money. Chances are if you bet the best horse you will win, no matter what the surface is. The stuff at Woodbine looked nice, the color was more like real dirt. Horses were running sub 1:09 for 6 furlongs.
I would look at the horses who had a start over the surface or had worked well over it to make my selections.
