Smoking bans do impact casino gaming big time. Upwards of 20% direct impact to business. I know this because Louisiana was recently about to pass a similar ban, but it was nixed.

As for the rest... at what point will the slot machine and physical table become a thing of the past and if you want to gamble, you'll do it online. It's possible now, although illegal, but not too long down the road it will become legalized.
