If it's a joke, then it's about time they start honouring horses that have had an impact on the sport, horseracing is alot about sentimentality, the stars are the horses. What is the stubborness with sticking with same outdated names of races...This reminds me of why I hate Baseball now, you have a perfect game pitched the other night, it should have been overturned but Bud sticks to some old fashioned concerpt of not overturning the call. It's ridiculous if you ask me how baseball sticks to some old etiquette. Horseracing is much the same.
