I'm shocked and to think premiums are going to increase especially for the individual market. Next we'll find out that people are refusing to pay for insurance, paying the government fine (or not), still receiving care thru the ER room and the WSJ will argue for a chunk of the population it makes financial sense.
Somehow this has to be Cheney's fault.
