Hello she is a juice horse..one that is capable of running if she is vetted well in WVA. This is the issue with racing..You think Cannon Shell didn't realize where how and when she needed to be raced? The guy is a pro he knew exactly what she needed but how the heck can you vet her in a public stable and race her as such?
