It's silly that this would keep you from waiting to make a wager.

And yes... they should invest in a HUGE server just for the last two hours of internet wagering, because their future business depends on it. If they lost $1 million in handle on Saturday, they lost $100 million in future handle because of disgruntled customers who move their wagering elsewhere.
