I think they only wanted to face RA one time, and that one time being the Apple Blossom. What many often forget is that Jackson turned down the Apple Blossom at first, but then he had to agree to the race and save face when Cella moved the AB back a week.
If RA wins big on Friday and then points to the Foster, there will be a lot of pressure on the z camp to run in the Foster.
With all the media attention focused on CD for the Derby and Oaks, it is a shame that RA and Z are not meeting in the La Troienne.
