I have to sorta kinda apologize for spreading the word of this to darn near every person I know or have known via text messages this post etc etc but their is a lot more to this than meets the eye.
I'll just say this and leave it alone. A lifestyle change, albeit very diffulcult at times, has opened the door to, well, yeah, good times that I did not know exist.
