Well, the gas prices would have gone down anyway. Bush said that he was going to pull out the oil reserves right now if the price of oil didn't go down anyway....That was no doubt due to a political agenda. Gas prices will go back up after the elections because of the holiday season, and it is very possible that the government/oil companies are controlling the prices. I wouldn't put it past them.
Minimize it and listen to it while you are doing other things on the computer. I'm still listening to it right now.
