Those guys jump all over horses exactly like that, and I am sure you follow Illinois racing so closely you would know that. Gran Esteno comes to mind when claimed for 20 or 25k down at Gulfstream when he was being cut in half. Rivelli claimed that horse off of Dutrow I think, then he came here and romped and Stidham claimed him and won the Washington Park Handicap.

I don't need to follow racing at Arlington even one bit to know that you are just typing.
Everyone understands why a horse has value as a claim, including Rick Dutrow, but they also understand why it might be dangerous to claim certain horses. Maybe Adagio is claimed, but then again, one might have thought the same thing when he ran twice for $25K, once in NY and once in NJ.
Hey, here's an idea, why don't you tell your boss to claim the horse....hell, he might not even have to win a shake to get this prize for those Arlington Starter Allowances. And, I'll tell my boss about these clever Starter races....as we gotta start running them in NY.
