Race fixing in harness?
I'm shocked!
I first attended harness races at Northfield Park near Cleveland in the early 1960's......I think I was in 3rd grade when I lost a "lock" $5 place bet and said "those guys FIXED this race!"
OK....I'll just forget about it and have another (Art) bier.
