Default This kind of bothers me.

http://sports.espn.go.com/nba/news/story?id=4958324

This is probably just old age setting in, but I have a real problem with this. All these kids (adults if you are the type to rock NBA jerseys ) are going to want new Lebron jerseys with the #6 on it. So these kids (or most likely their parents) are going to shell out the cash for these jerseys which have a very good chance to be obsolete in a couple of months if Lebron should ditch Cleveland. Why can't he just wait until next season to make the change. I would have no problem with it then, because he will be in the first year of a long term deal. But this just seems like greed to me, camouflaged as a nice gesture to Mr. Jordan.
Maybe I'm wrong or just cranky this morning, but the NBA should do the right thing and not approve the switch till next season. But I seriously doubt that they will leave all that cash on the table especially when people are going to have to buy brand new #6 Lebron knicks jersey next season.
