No. They are waiting for Obama to be gone, and a Republican to be in the White House, which will somehow magically cause the steel industry and giant American auto to be restored to it's rightful place in the world, a nonstop orgy of building huge heavy sedans and SUV's that get 15 mpg for a greedy American market brimming with easy credit and disposable house equity income.
