You trust him to evaluate horses in the paddock for possible claim?
I'm sure TC is a good man - I've never had the pleasure of meeting him - but I trust you employ good people. Some people can see stuff, others can't - TC one of those? Any dummy can drop a claim slip but the good ones can see problems before you buy trouble.......
