Where else can he run her? Wait for Hollywood (which is also synthetic), wait and ship her to Gulfstream (where she would probably do well), or retire her. Dubai is switching over to synthetic, so I assume that is out.
As a fan, I would like to see her race one more time and go out with a win before being bred.
Her defection lowers the odds on Informed Decision, who I really like.
