While no fan of Dutrow, this race seemed to fall apart late. Turning for home, it looked like Discreetly Mine's race to lose - and he did. Dublin looked dead turning for home, and yet he was only beaten 3.75 lengths at the finish. That he didn't lose significant ground through the lane suggests that there wasn't all that much running going on in front of him.
