Storm Cat half to AFLEET ALEX(!!) for $300k. Storm Cat out of Serena's Song for $450k. Average down from last year from $363k to $233k and down from 2007's $394k and 2006's $539k. Wow.
People, if you've ever been interested in ownership this is the time to do it. The later books will have gems for very cheap. GET INVOLVED!!!!!!!!
