Chappaquiddick, remains one of the most egregious examples of judicial fraud and bias in the history of the country. Having lived in Massachusetts in 1969 I am still beyond amazed at what went down and how the courts handled it subsequently.
It has to be awfully nice to be the beneficiary of diplomatic immunity within the Commonwealth...
