The DA is the one who should be doing time if not at least fired here.
For whatever reason, she seems to think involuntary manslaughter under the influence of alcohol while driving a motor vehicle is punishable by 3 months incarceration. This is so far away from the norm it warrants further explanation including but not limited to a request of the record of other cases that have been handled in this manner by this DA.
