Looks like Imadinnerjacket's people screwed the elections
up pretty nicely. When an opposition leader loses in his own
hometown by a 10 to 1 margin and the overall election is about
2/3 to 1/3...

If you are going to fix an election, this is a very inept way to do it.
I guess the people in charge of working on their nuclear device
will be asked to try and do a better job.

I think Obama's strategy of staying clear of this is the right one.
If we get involved with the more moderate factions it might
swing fully back to the hardliners. The grand leader has actually
said they will investigate, backtracking on his own man. Probably
just trying to buy some time for things to settle down. Nonetheless,
a very interesting view of Iran's politics and their people.
