If we're voting, I guess I'll go with B. This is what I expect in a winner's photo: the horse winning the race and the winner's circle afterward.
Having a piece of history (picture C) doesn't do much for me, as I never really followed the jockey who retired... and who are all those people in the photo!

Picture A is a fine picture, but if I love it that much, I can order a copy for myself.
And don't we sort of have to give props to the Dee Tee owner who actually showed up for the race?
