Well, my only advice is to use people's fear to your own advantage. People don't generally want to be out of a p4 after the 1st leg. So, they tend to use like 3 horses in the 1st leg(often the most likely 3 horses.)They won't try to lean up there. That will often turn a $20 late pick 3 ticket into a $60 late pick 4 ticket. The other thing they will do is avoid the pick 4, and just bet a late pick 3. This is due to fear of that 1st leg pick 4 loss. So, my advice is to look for pick 4 plays where you like a single in the 1st leg. That's important. There a lot of people who's preferred horse in that late pick 4 yesterday at HWD was the 2nd fav that won the first leg. They didn't trust it(cuz scared of being out after one leg.) So, they put $20 into the late pick 3, and hit for $134. They know they should of had over $600 for that late p4, and they know they could of done it for $20. Right? The most obvious horses won the last 2 races. The winner of the 2nd leg was like the 5th deep horse for most people. If you liked the Talamo horse in the 1st leg, then it's a $20 p4 bet. So, look for p4 bets where the 1st leg has a horse you can single. Then you can go 5x2x2 etc. the rest of the way.
