He did do it very well.
Considering there was so much hype about him in recent weeks, his SP seemed fairly large, and there might be a case that he wasn't really fancied for today. We often see the stable 2yo's going off very short, even against previous winners like he was up against this evening.
Definitley a nice prospect, but with almost a full year until the Guineas 2010, 16's is surely a mad bet.
