As far as the 7 years of training goes, we should pay for for it, but make sure it's for people that love medicine, and not just smart kids that want to get rich. Yes, thats a good idea. The smart kids who can be great doctors should be casino owners, and the kids with IQ's of 100 and below should be the ones performing hand and feet amputations.
