It's the same method though. He sees someone has more horse. He taps lefthanded. The horse shoots sideways, and he keeps it from going as far over as the other guy(and horse) thinks he's going to go. The other horse moves out, and loses a lil momentum, and that allows GOGO to hang on. It's the same deal. This is not something new. This is what he does. I haven't been able to find the head-on of the Derby, but I bet it isn't worse than that night(probably a little less.) This is no dummy. He knows exactly what he's doing. He's like a surgeon with this move. I doubt you're going to see massive contact. It's gunna be more a threatening thing he does(to force lateral movement, and a slight momentum loss.) That night he had quite a bit of contact. Should of come down.

7/11/08 HWD RACE 4...Successful(NO INQUIRY)
8-13-08 DMR RACE 8...Successful (Jockey claim of foul not allowed))
1-10-09 SA RACE 3...(didn't work...horse got up despite his antics)
K DERBY-09......Successful(NO INQUIRY)
All I said was I felt there should have been an inquiry.
