RPR are class ratings while BSF are just that, speed figures, having to do with the way the track was playing, bias/variant, pace setup, etc.
I don't think they can really be compared, despite the fact that there are "conversion" charts saying you can.

You're right about this. . . and I don't think it's
that important to try to convert the number in order to evaluate the Godolphin horses' relative speed/abilities to those we have a better handle on.
