Why isn't he facing jail time ? Vick was jailed . Why isn't he suspended from horse racing ? Vick was suspended from the NFL . Horse racing's hands off policy has worked about as well as a de-regulated Wall Street .
If there were humane rules one would think that all his horses should be placed in receivership and managed by an appointed party . All Paraneck funds and purses would be frozen until this mess is throroughly investigated . We'll see what happens and if it's the usual right wing horse racing BS nothing will be done .
