The government is here to make energy costs skyrocket then ask that we pay the bills for their deadbeat constituents
well that and collect taxes of the inflated prices.
Most people stop paying their power bill when the companies can't shut them off more non-payment. At least the one that do it like clock work.
My dead beat cousin never paid during the winter then he would negotiate a payment plan
