What isn't "exactly true" is the factual information the article avoids giving the readers (until a half-azzed way in the last sentence).
If FoxNews said the whole truth right up front, in the first paragraphs as they should, and stated it clearly, they couldn't then fill the body of the article with silly, imagination-based, politician fear-quotes.

These are embryos that have been already destroyed and are headed for the trash bin.
These embryos will hit the trash bin whether stem cell research exists or not.
No embryos are destroyed simply for stem-cell research.
This is a science emphasis article. Or should be.
FoxNews turns it into political fodder. Just like George W. did with the topic.
