i have a hard time believing a woman would seek an abortion in a catholic hospital. not all hospitals offer every medical service available, do they?
as for the church not wanting to appear hypocritical, i doubt that's a concern for them. they trumpet human life as being sacred, but would rather have the aids epidemic running rampant in south america, than accept and promote condom use.

and I believe there are some women immediately willing to step up just out of spite. South American Aids epidemic? I did find these stats... But heck since we're buying lets pay for a million condoms and provide free healh care to all infected, their families, pets and why not throw in a doorbell or Hawaiian Canoe ride while we're at it.
