These would be the same folks that if they do go to
the track, spend a least half an eon covering a multitude of
superfecta combinations on one machine.
Then proceed to insert every ticket after the race to discover that one
came up a winner earning them $40 dollars in the superfecta
pool, not realizing they spent $50 dollars wearing down the already
faded button markings in the first place.
You will not be able to indentify these criminals.
They have no discernable fingerprints.
