I've been to Steeler bars in Florida and Georgia and they were packed every game with rabid fans. the same amount of people who watch the superbowl will watch it again this year. Doesnt really matter who is in. 75% of the people who watch it watch for the commercials and the party's. The hard core football fans are gonna watch it also... there not going to miss the biggest game of the season because they dont have a rooting interest.
Its not like the World Series or NBA finals with multiple games. EVERYONE watches the superbowl!
