No difference in the quality of the foals but in the # of foals you can expect to get from her, assuming good health and an average lifespan.
Also, since Vallenzeri is not exactly bred to be a hotshot 2yo (or even an early 3yo type) it means that the potential buyer would have to wait that much longer for Azeri's strength or weakness to show. From a buyers point of view, I'd like to see a mare with a 2yo by Speightstown or other "2yo sire" because there is a greater chance that early wins by that foal make the one the mare is carrying more useful and therefor more valuable at auction.
Remember too that the market was not kind to mares like Winning Colors and Lady's Secret after their early foals were not that good. If Azeri's first 3 or 4 foals struggle at the races do you think tht her 5th (born when she's about 17) will sell for a lot of money? I don't.
