Says most people on this drug wind up in the hands of authorities first(before the mental hospital) as they acting very bizarre. A book on chemicals studied by the U.S. in the 1950's, states the effects of a very similar compound to Jimson weed(scopolamine) causes delirious states of mind for a day or two. One interesting side effect was the "smoking of imaginary cigarettes"
