There's a lot of reasons to dislike this ruling, IMO.
Sure, I'll go along with this idea that there are morbidly obese people that are disabled and need extra room. No need to give them free seats, though, the Airlines should just install some Handicapped accessible X-tra large seats
Of course, how will one prove that they are disabled and can access the new, bigger, plusher comfy chairs( or simply the plain old extra seat)?
Will a Doctor's note suffice?
Will the standards for handicapped here be as lax as they must be for all those out there who have a handicapped sign hanging from there rear view mirror?

I might have Restless Leg Syndrome(yeah, that'll be my disability) and need to have my legs up and stretched out

I think the spirit of this law, which pertains to a few, has been corrupted by the many fat people who have earned their way to their present status
I'm 200 pounds and should be 160 pounds, do I qualify?
