If I could wager on where he runs after the Jerome i would bet almost anything that he stretches out to 1 1/8-miles against older horses again in the Grade I Clark at CD in late November...just an educated guess because you figure he'll be there training at CD and pre-enterered in the BC Classic on the precaution that Bernardini goes down - so he would be there and ready for the Clark later that month.....just guessing though... know one thing...my buddy Doug Bredar would be pleased if it were true...  |
