Obama really didn't do anything to cost him, but he did seem to get away from one of his biggest sticking points. Which is consistently linking McCain to Bush and how the next 4 years would be a continuation of the last 8 years. Even if that's not the truth, thats enough to sway/scare many Americans to vote for Obama. I think he only mentioned once tonight.
