Thanks Genuine. I just copied and pasted the key words from that article as they apply to my life. I'm always tired, and the reason I haven't been posting any selections or analysis is that I sit down to go over the PP's and its a real grind to try and concentrate that long. I'm usually sharp as a blade but I feel I'm thinking in slow motion sometimes. I'm gonna go over to the doctor and ask for that prescription nasal spray. If it works I owe you big time.

I hope it works for you! My other thoughts are a neti pot, which is a bit freaky to use but I'm told is GREAT for clearing out the sinuses and... I have a friend who swears that acupuncture, of all things, really did the trick on his hay fever allergies. I guess since allergies are about your body reacting to things that aren't really threats as though they were threats and acupuncture is about getting your body back in proper functioning order it makes some sense. I don't know; I've had my back pain treated with acupuncture but I've never tried it for allergies.
