which is why I find it funny that the economy has been really slumping the past year or so and everyone blames it on Bush! Who's been controlling the congress the past two years?? the Dems OMG!! Yet its all GW's fault! You said it yourself, they are at the mercy of the Congress.
But the Dems couldnt have anything to do with the slumping economy right?
