Placing Judges at the Spa
The placing judges at toga must have outstanding vision.
I still cant decipher the wire photos of the 2nd & 9th races.
Maybe it goes back to the thought of 'nobody wins in a dead heat' since the owners split the winners share and lose the maiden condition, in the case of the 2nd race.
I have seen races not as close as these 2 called heater alot.
The Indiana Derby 2-3 years ago comes to mind, as one that wasnt that close that was a called a dead heat.
