Doc, the strangest baseball move I have ever seen was whatever Torre was trying to do tonite. Don't know how he (even with his green tea positive bullshit thinking) thought these two pitchers (Wade and Johnson ) were gunna hold THE CARDS tonite. It's so illogical that I can't begin to come up with an explanation. We are in August, and he basically gave the Cards the win by refusing to use the best 2 relievers available(Kuo, Broxton.) If they weren't both cripples then he has given away a game in a pennant race. He fkd up tonite. He fkd up, and he cost us a full game in the standings. I can't believe he is this stupid, but then again, he thinks green tea will cure major illness. So, he must just be this stupid. You can't win close games on the cheap. He gets too into these bad pitchers, and he paid for it. We paid for this idiot's infatuation with bad relievers and it didn't have to happen. Shouldn't be allowed to manage even 1 more major league game. Just get rid of him. That can't happen again. Take the job away. He doesn't deserve it. That's obvious. Those decisions belong to someone of higher ability than that idiot.Let him take his fkn' pomegranate green tea, and go work in a hollistic clinic.
