I don't see why anyone should bother to keep a horse in training if this is how the public greets it.

If the mere thought of watching a horse run makes one gag, why bother to watch?

He ran an okay 1:48.1 off a layoff. I've never seen anyone say he's the second coming of Secretariat.

The horse is the Derby and Preakness winner. They brought him back. Yeah, to protect the shed value, so what? It's August and he's still running. Good! Made the race far more interesting.

Geesh! Enjoy this race, enjoy the next prep race, enjoy the Classic and bet against him if you want!
