thanks guys hes not my horse(wish he was!) just a group of owners in the same barn that recently hooked up with my trainer. they didnt go and nobody else did on the trip so i went with steve to help him out some and just accompany him so he didnt have to drive and do it all alone and of course to support him and the fellow owners in the barn! it was unreal standing in the paddock before the race and daydreaming to myself that perhaps someday i will be standing in that same paddock the first sat of may someday getting ready to run my own horse in the biggest race in the world, hell i just got chills alone from already seeing barbaro's name already up there as this years derby winner! julien made a very heady ride, i dont think theres a limit to the heights this kid can ascend to in the sport as long as he keeps workin hard and keeps his head on straight like it is right now!
