This ought to be interesting, my stepson who is currently staying with us (a whole another story) until he gets his new apartment will be getting a 10 wk. old black lab puppy who will be keeping company with our 14 yr.old beagle mix; Kasi. Get a crate for the puppy ASAP, crate training is the best way to go anyway.
Make sure you do the intro's and tell her to be nice. But make sure the puppy can't bother her constantly, thus the crate for the puppy and let her have an area to go just to get away.
Beware of toys, chewies and feeding time.
Let her reprimand the puppy but keep an eye on it and don't leave them alone.
