I'd love to see that happen. To protect themselves from countersuits they have to set the threshold to be above the levels that any horse could ever possibly reach naturally. It wouldn't take a rocket scientist to figure things out if you are seeing a trainer consistently move up the TCO2 levels of their newly acquired horses.
