I was looking at it as well. It's really an interesting bet as you are capping the entire market. I did notice the pools were dismally low - $300 -$400 on once race where show pool was $8K.
Also, noticed everything goes haywire when they have a late scratch, in fact, they changed the par value and then cancelled the bet on one race.
