Why?
First of all - as a fan - I enjoy watching horses run really fast races. He does that at times, and hardly any other horses running today actually seem capable of that.
Perhaps more importantly, as a handicapper, don't horses that are that predictable often make for winning bets?
If you see the horse in a race where he isn't likely to get the early lead, people that can recognize his limitations stand to make money looking eleswhere compared to those that are simply dazzled by big figures.
On the other hand, in a race where he does figure to make the early lead easily, he is likely to be a very good value if there are also any other quality horses in the field.
What's not to like?
