I own a 3 bedroom 3 bath condo on the east side of Louisville. I have had it for years and years and it isn't anything special. Well the next door neighbor asked if he could advertise my condo for rent and he would receive 30%. I said sure thinking it would be like a couple of hundred dollars. Well this man just rented my condo for $18,000 for the week of Ryder Cup. A group from Ireland rented it. I couldn't believe it when he told me. I knew the Ryder cup was big but this is ridiculous.
